This lack of flexibility is driven in part by the caterers own need to recover guarantees through high internal recharges to their clients, putting lower quality food and portions on the plate and cost cutting, to the detriment of your long-term catering returns.
This loss of control is the key disadvantage to engaging with any large global contract catering company. Clients have little or no input over the control of prices, the style of food, service levels or standards. The caterer makes decisions based upon their own agenda and their prescribed minimum returns and are not working in the long-term interest of their clients.

With our Hybrid Approach, VCP becomes the equivalent of your Catering Director for a Management Fee. VCP undertakes all aspects of that position including creating and delivering the strategy. We are responsible for the preparation of management reports and analysis (daily, monthly and quarterly), working capital funding and management, budget preparation and monitoring and undertaking all central back-office costs including, payroll services and managing and mentoring the staff.
