With over 45 years in the catering industry — including more than 34 years dedicated to sports, leisure stadiums, arenas, and heritage venues — I’ve had the privilege of working with some of the most iconic venues across the UK.
Operationally, I’ve supported catering at stadiums including Anfield, Goodison Park, Etihad Stadium, and AMEX Stadium and supported contracts at Pride Park, Stadium of Light, bet365 Stadium, Northampton Saints RFC and many more. I’ve also worked as Director of Business Partnerships for venues such as Leicester Tigers RFC, Twycross Zoo, and RAF Museum Hendon. Ensuring seamless operations, exceptional hospitality, and outstanding guest experiences has always been at the heart of what I do.
I have a keen eye for detail and a hands-on approach to contract management, ensuring everything runs smoothly from day one. My expertise in mobilising new stadium and heritage venue contracts has helped venues deliver a consistently high standard of service.
Outside of work, I love playing guitar, diving into military history, walking, and of course, supporting Everton. Most of all, I enjoy spending time with my family. When it comes to food, you can’t go wrong with lightly poached eggs on sourdough toast, but I love exploring all kinds of cuisines.
