Each region has a unique flavour and specialism with expert providers and producers whether north, south, east or west. As a boutique contract caterer, we pride ourselves on our truly local food sourcing philosophy.
We collaborate with clients and listen to any preferences they may have for regional suppliers, whether a special pie or type of beer, while also undertaking our own research and reaching out to our long-established network of growers and artisanal producers.

- British free-range eggs - Used in all our kitchens
- Organic coffee - Sourced from co-operatives in Peru and family-run estates in Guatemala and Columbia
- Fairtrade, responsibly sourced teas - Most are also carbon-neutral
- Minimising food waste - Managed through menu design, portion control, and food waste separation
- Reducing single-use plastics - Using porcelain crockery, glassware, and metal cutlery wherever possible
- Carbon footprint calculator - Trialling a tool to measure and reduce the impact of our menus
