I co-founded Venue Catering Partner with David in 2012, building on decades of experience in the catering and hospitality industry. Before that, I was a Main Board Director at Lindley Catering, where I was part of the Buy Out Team from 2001 to 2011. Together, David and I grew the company from £18 million to over £80 million, successfully navigating multiple buyouts and overseeing catering operations at some of the UK’s most iconic stadiums andvenues.
With a strong background in stadium and football catering, I have a particular passion for retail development and street food innovation; something we’ve led the way on at Hull City and Doncaster. I take a no-nonsense, hands-on approach to leadership, giving our teams the confidence and direction they need to deliver a first-class service.
Outside of work, I love skiing in Austria, swimming, walking, and, of course, supporting Leicester City. Most of all, I enjoy spending time with my wife, family, and grand-daughter. When it comes to food, you can’t beat a good smoked bacon sandwich, but I also have a soft spot for simple, fresh, well-cooked dishes, especially Italian cuisine.
